Express Delivery orders will be delivered within 120 minutes and Scheduled Delivery orders will be delivered according to the time slot selected by you.
Please note some localities might not be eligible for Express Delivery.
Our Food Delivery Boys are Fit & well trained to handle food products Hygienically and will always deliver you frozen packs carried in a thermostat ice box, thermocol box, or something similar.

My item arrived damaged or defective. What should I do?
Products can only be returned if: :
1. It’s delivered after the expiry date.
2. The package has been altered or damaged during transit.
3. The item delivered is not what you had placed an order for.

We Do not accept returns as the products are frozen category products.
However We have return policy only if it is subjected to below conditions.
1. We wont accept return if the product delivered to you is as per your ordered product. But in case we deliver a wrong product, then we shall accept return and replace with the correct one.
2. We request customer to accept only sealed packs while receiving the product from delivery person. We wont accept returns of leaked or opened packs.
3. Kindly do not accept any product packs with Unsealed, leaked, puffed packs or packs without our brand label and logo.
